Frequently Asked Questions


Please contact us advising us of the following:  Your order number, item(s) that are faulty and the fault being experienced.  If your order is within our returns policy, we will arrange for collection of the items and delivery to the relevant supplier/manufacturer.

As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability and are therefore unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes on sale.

Yes, you can – but please note this is by appointment only.  We will advise you once your order is ready to collect and provide you with full address details for your collection.  If you are making use of your own courier services to collect, please advise us aswell so we can prepare your package accordingly.

We will provide you with a tracking number to track your delivery while it is on route to you.

It depends on where you live and how large the item/s are that you would like to buy.

Some special delivery locations carry an additional delivery fee.  These include chainstores, mines, power stations, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports and harbours, embassies, consulates, government departments, certain towns and townships.

If the items are oversized and require special delivery, additional delivery fees will apply.

We don’t normally, as the costs associated with this become quite excessive.  However, this option can be discussed, and a quote provided to you should you be interested.

Unfortunately not.  Delivery has to be made to a physical address where the recipient is able to sign for it.

All prices seen on our website are final, and do not have VAT.  You will not be charged extra for VAT.

You have a few options:

  • You can process a normal EFT from your own banking app or internet banking to our business account.
  • You can pay by credit, cheque or debit card online using the PayFast option.
  • You can process an Instant EFT that clears immediately using the PayFast option.
  • You can use MasterPass using the PayFast option.

We do not accept cash, bank deposits or cheques.
